Joined the operations team of an early stage transportation startup. Helped to deliver tens of thousands of daily rides. Collaborated with finance, operations, marketing, and data analytics teams to respond to urgent operational needs with analytics tools and data-driven business decisions, using Tableau, Alteryx, and Python. Managed JAMF Casper Suite deployment of over three thousand iPads, re-architecting deployment strategies to support multi-city operations. Transitioned to DEP enrollment to facilitate more secure device deployment with greater inventory and usage controls. Conducted critical business analysis and negotiated with vendors to reduce operational costs by over $30,000 monthly.
